This policy explains what Kindora (Xuzhou) Furniture Co., Ltd. does with the personal information you give us through this website, by email or on WhatsApp. It is short because we collect little.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you enter in the inquiry form: your name, email address, quantity, target market and message. The form also sends the address of the page you sent it from and of the page you visited just before it, and, if you started from a product page, that product's name and link. Our form provider adds your IP address. We also record the date of your inquiry.
- What you send us by email or WhatsApp, including any files.
- Basic technical data that our website host records when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. It is used to run and protect the site.
- Visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as which pages are viewed, the referring website, the country and the type of device. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, work with you on your project, and keep a record of what was agreed.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis
If you are in the EU or the UK: we use your information to respond to your request and take the steps you ask for before a contract, and, for our records and the security of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Who else handles it
Our website, inquiry form and email are run by service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and visit statistics), Web3Forms (inquiry form) and Zoho (email). They may store it outside your country. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies. Your inquiry is read and handled by our team in China.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project correspondence while we are in contact, and for three years after our last contact. Then we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email evan@kindorafurniture.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to track you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
