  1. If the joints are left exposed, how do they close without a visible gap?

Questions from real projects, answered below.

For buyers who need one product solved well.

We work best with brands, product companies and manufacturers that already have a defined idea or a manufacturing problem worth solving.

You have complete drawings.

We settle what a drawing leaves open: how the parts fit, how it packs flat, how it is finished.

You have a product already on sale.

We confirm the veneer species, the core and the face grade. Color stays consistent only when all three match.

You have a sketch and a problem.

We build it to find what a sketch hides: dimensions that don't add up, loads where plywood is weakest, weight the structure doesn't need.

You want to add a product to your range.

We change what makes it yours: the color, the edge, the size — starting from a design we already make.

Who is certified, and for what.

In the US, formaldehyde rules certify the panel mill. The furniture maker's part is to use certified panels where your market requires them, and keep the paper trail from panel lot to finished product. In the EU, the limit applies to the finished piece. So here is whose certificate is whose, and what can be tested for you on top.

Bella's Secret

One evening, Bella took ten yuan from her piggy bank and gave it to her father, who runs this factory.

He didn't have to go to work the next day, she said, or make her desk; she just wanted him home to play with her.

The desk was finished in the summer of 2026; the day she asked for is the one thing we never made.

From a defined idea to repeat production.

Each step reduces uncertainty before the next commitment.

  1. Understand48 h

    Define the real problem

Drawings (DXF, STEP, PDF), a product or a sketch, under NDA if needed. Within 48 hours: a quote, or what has to be settled before one.

  2. Prototype10–20 days

    Make the first answer

A physical sample, timed from your final drawing approval. It exposes the structural, material and assembly questions a screen can't.

  3. Refineyour sign-off

    Resolve what testing reveals

Adjust for strength, appearance, packing and carton weight, until the sample is approved.

  4. Repeat30–45 days

    Build with consistency

Up to 1,000 pieces in 30–45 days. The approved sample stays at our factory. Repeat orders take about 30 days, and each is checked against it.

MOQ is set per product and stated in every quote. Sampling, payment and shipping terms: Working with us

“I won't describe anything as confirmed unless it's been tested or measured.”

“I would rather bring you a number I can stand behind than a fast one I have to revise later.”

“I am telling you what it is and what it is not, and the judgment is yours.”
